About Us

United Benefits Group (UBG) is a not-for-profit mutual benefit corporation, established in 2002, for the exclusive purpose of providing cost-effective and proficient administration of employee benefit plans. UBG prides itself on its dedication to timely and helpful customer service, and an appreciation for compliance. 
  • UBG is governed by a five-person Board of Directors whose members are elected to rotating five-year terms.

  • Under the direction of the Board, UBG provides the day-to-day administration for retirement and benefit plans.

  • UBG currently serves approximately 370 employers and more than 38,000 participants.
